About the Opportunity
  • Manage a mixed property portfolio, including leasing and inspections
  • Lodge bonds, prepare lease documents and landlord statements
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with local trades
  • Provide exceptional service to both landlords and tenants
  • Report to the Office Manager and work within a supportive team
About You
  • Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
  • NSW Certificate in Property Services (Real Estate) or willingness to complete
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident with digital tools and property management systems
  • Experience in property management or customer service is highly regarded
