COMPANY

This represents a rare opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Brisbane with offices throughout the country. This firm offers their outstanding clients services in the areas of business advisory, tax compliance, wealth creation, audit and consulting.

POSITION

Due to rapid growth the need for an internal Marketing Manager has risen. This role would suit a driven and motivated Marketing professional who is looking to align themselves with an outstanding firm.

This role will see the successful candidate being involved in the development and execution of the marketing business plan and other relevant duties that will promote revenue growth and brand awareness. There will be project based work involved as this firm looks to build upon their current success.

This is a key strategic position for this firm as this person will provide extensive leadership when liaising with key stakeholders to deliver results.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Relevant qualifications in marketing
• 7+ years experience within a generalist marketing position
• Extensive experience within an accounting firm, financial planning or professional services (non negotiable)
• Previous experience in the creation and implementation of marketing and business development strategies (websites, digital, social media, event management)
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Longevity in previous roles and a stable employment history
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team
• Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of being able to set budgets, achieve targets and impact a company's growth
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond
• A desire to build a long term career
