Are you ready to join a fast-growing business and help take our platforms to the next level? The Dream Out Loud group is on the lookout for an incredible Marketing Manager/Coordinator/ to drive our marketing, sales and expand our brand.

We're a small but passionate and professional team, seeking someone who can bring creativity, out of the box thinking, a strategic vision and skillset and a desire to grow.

We are extremely passionate about helping entrepreneurs level up in life and business and learn the skillset and mindset to create their dream life.

We're an online brand and personality with one of Australia's top 10 education podcasts and close to 200,000 followers across all platforms and rapidly growing.

We have a goal to train 1,000,000 people globally in the next 10 years through our in person and online education and are ready to expand rapidly with the help from a dedicated, expert in digital marketing and strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to expand our brand & online presence and drive company revenue

Manage and create sales pages, landing pages and funnels to convert cold traffic in ready to buy leads.

Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns

Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and track success

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies including paid meta advertising. (Meta ads not necessary but definitely a bonus)

Manage automations and workflows between funnels, emails, links etc to make a campaign work seamlessly.

Coordinate events, promotions, and partnerships to boost brand visibility

Lead initiatives to continuously improve our digital footprint, virality and over all media presence across all platforms.

Manage organic and paid marketing strategies (Meta) to improve awareness and convert cold traffic into buyers.

Test, analyse, and optimize creative assets and messaging to enhance ad performance

Who You Are:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing position with a strong focus on lead generation and ad campaigns.

Experienced in Clickfunnels, CRM's such as Go High Level (Preferred but not essential) and Asana.

Experience with any CRM system to effectively manage customer relationships and marketing workflows.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance.

Skilled in Meta paid ad's campaigns (Bonus)

A creative problem-solver who's passionate about marketing and brand growth.

Experienced in managing projects and people.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills

Ready to bring a positive attitude, sense of humor, and a collaborative mindset to the team

Eager to grow alongside an ambitious company and take on new challenges

Proven experience in developing marketing strategies that drive sales and build brands.

Ability to create and update landing/web pages.

A strong leader who is efficient at leading a team (You'll have a social media manager, copywriter, video editor and graphic designer apart of your team) and excellent at implementing and gluing things together to work in alignment.
