We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead campaign delivery, brand building and sales enablement across Australia. Reporting into the ANZ Marketing lead, this role manages three direct reports and plays a key part in shaping how the business connects with its B2B customers nationally.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving the execution of marketing plans across national and regional levels, ensuring campaigns are targeted, creative and commercially effective.
• Leading and developing a small team while partnering with agencies to deliver brand, digital and promotional activity.
• Owning marketing operations from planning and budgeting through to campaign delivery, analysis and reporting.
• Using research and data insights to sharpen customer understanding and improve future initiatives.
• Building strong relationships across sales, research and supply chain teams to align activity and deliver results.

What we’re looking for

• A degree-qualified marketer with experience in senior marketing roles (B2B experience is highly regarded).
• Proven track record in campaign execution, digital and traditional marketing channels, and building brand presence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide a team.
• Commercially minded, solutions-focused and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
