About the Role

Reporting into an experienced and approachable Payroll Manager, this role will see you working alongside a team of skilled professionals to deliver timely and accurate payroll services. This contract is ideal for a Payroll Officer with end-to-end payroll experience and a strong focus on detail and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full function, end-to-end payroll processing
  
• Calculation and processing of leave entitlements including long service and parental leave
  
• Interpreting multiple EBAs and Awards
  
• Handling employee queries and managing the payroll inbox
  
• Processing terminations, redundancies, and adjustments
  
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related matters
  

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll
  
• Proficiency using Chris21 is essential
  
• Knowledge of complex EBAs and Awards interpretation
  
• Previous experience in a high-volume or complex payroll environment
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
