About us: 2Tools Pty Ltd was established in 2020 and is Australian owned and operated. We are a wholesale supplier of GET wear products for the earthmoving industry.
About the Role:
As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating the internal sales and administration of the business. You will manage internal sales, handle correspondence, orders and contribute to a safe and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls professionally
Manage internal sales and office administration, including order management
Assist with purchase orders, procurement, accounts tasks, and data entry
Coordinate meetings between 2Tools Office and the main business
Contribute to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Safeguard confidential documents and company information
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a fast paced administrative or office-based role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility, adaptability and versatility to handle changing work requirements.
Acute listening, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously
About You:
You will have strong administration sales background with the ability to achieve and to deliver KPI results.
Strong administration sales experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A positive attitude, possessing a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
ERP Systems and Microsoft Proficient
Flexibility, adaptability and versatility to handle changing work requirements.
Acute listening, time management and problem-solving skills
What we Offer:
A competitive salary plus superannuation. $75-$85k
Full Time Hours 8.30am-4.36pm Monday-Friday.
