The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, Australian-owned construction firm specialising in the commercial sector. This is a newly created permanent part-time role to support the businesses growth and strong pipeline of projects. The role offers offers a hands-on opportunity within a supportive, collaborative team, with exposure to a dynamic business known for its excellence.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Checking and processing a high volume of invoices
• Supporting with daily bank reconciliations & weekly cash reporting
• Providing assistance for all queries relating to invoice exceptions, payments and allocations
• Organising payment runs to subcontractors and suppliers
• Providing ad hoc support to the Accountant and wider finance team where required

The Expertise
