What You’ll Do

Be the link between customers and our team, making sure every step from order to delivery runs seamlessly.

Process and track orders in NetSuite, working closely with sales, logistics and warehouse teams.

Build strong relationships with customers, answering questions and keeping them updated.

Support new product projects, from samples to final specs, helping ensure they’re set up for success.

Look ahead and stay proactive so customers know they can rely on you.

What you’ll bring

A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping people.

Strong communication skills (English essential; Mandarin language skills preferred).

Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain is highly regarded.

Attention to detail and confidence using systems/CRMs.

Ability to work well with different teams while staying organised and calm under pressure.

A practical, solutions-focused approach - you like getting things done right the first time.
