We are now seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support our Construction and Manufacturing teams. This role is critical in ensuring our workforce is safe, compliant, and paid on time, while also assisting with office upkeep and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact workers directly to collect and verify tickets and OH&S documents.
  • Assist the team in processing contractor placements and handling data entry.
  • Support contractors to ensure timesheets are submitted and approved, facilitating seamless payroll processing.
  • Order and maintain PPE supplies, ensuring all workers have the necessary equipment to work safely.
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly business reporting to support operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to office upkeep and provide ad hoc administrative support across the business.

Relevant Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration or compliance, ideally within recruitment, labour hire, or construction/manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with contractors and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
