About the role

This full-time Sales Operations & Support Analyst role at Blue NRG Pty Ltd offers you the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the company's sales initiatives and operations. As a member of the Sales Administration team, you will use your expertise to streamline processes, analyse data, and provide exceptional customer service to help drive the company's continued growth.

What you'll be doing

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including data entry, reporting, and process improvements

Analyse sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality support to maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and customer service initiatives

Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales operations or administrative support role, preferably within the energy or utilities industry

Experience in administration, customer service, or data entry.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

Proficient in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, to generate reports and track data

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
