About You:

You are an experienced Project Manager or Electronic Security Technician Lead/Supervisor who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and client interaction. You are organised, proactive, and take pride in delivering high quality outcomes. You bring:

Proven technical skills and experience in the electronic security industry, including alarms, access control, CCTV, and integrated systems.

Qualifications or experience in Project Management or Project Engineering (preferred).

Knowledge of Australian Standards.

NV1 Security Clearance desirable or ability to obtain (you must be an Australian Citizen).

Ability to obtain and maintain an Electronic Security Licence (mandatory).

Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory).

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Commitment to high levels of customer service.

Your Day-to-Day:

Lead the financial delivery of projects, including monthly forecasts and updates.

Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritising workloads and resources.

Ensure OH&S procedures and policies are strictly followed.

Engage with stakeholders across clients, staff, and sub-contractors.

Review and interpret system designs, ensuring the successful delivery and installation of integrated electronic security systems.

Maintain up to date knowledge of security technology, standards, and best practices.
