We are currently seeking a proactive and capable Office Administrator / Coordinator to join our team full time. This role plays a vital part in keeping our business operations running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
🔍 About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Willing to assist across all areas of the business
Self-motivated and hardworking
Comfortable in a hands-on environment (yes, you might break a sweat sometimes!), with the ability to lift up to 20kg.
Detail-oriented and highly efficient
Confident in reporting and communicating with management
Capable of performing general office duties with accuracy and professionalism
A team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
Preferred: non-smoker
Industry-specific training and development will be provided to the successful applicant.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Provide broad administrative support across departments
Coordinate and schedule a team of installers
Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls
Coordinate and dispatch advertising material efficiently and accurately
Handle general office duties such as filing, word processing, and customer service
Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to overall business efficiency

Practical Requirements
Year 12 certificate
Professional and courteous phone manner
Highly effective time management skills
Well-developed abilities in organization, self-governance and motivation
Recent and confident word processing abilities in Microsoft excel, Word and Email
