About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative operations of our business. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication between teams, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, direct and coordinate overall administrative operations to support business efficiency.
· Oversee and implement office systems, policies, and procedures.
· Manage office budgets, supplier contracts, and procurement of office resources.
· Supervise and support administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
· Maintain accurate records, including financial and personnel files
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and other statutory obligations.
· Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for management.
Key Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
· At least 1 year of relevant experience in an office management or senior administrative role.
· Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
· High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fluent in English.
