Accounts Officer

We are dynamic, retail-tech focused businesses. KG Group is one of Australia's leading B2C e-commerce marketplace specialists, offering over 80,000 products across more than 30 different marketplaces. Channelwiz, our B2B arm, is a software developer and e-commerce service provider. This dynamic role will involve working across both businesses in a fast-paced tech environment.

About the Role

As an Accounts Officer, you will be a key part of our team, involved in all facets of daily accounting and administration. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will also work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Buying, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams, to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function.

Duties

* End-to-end accounts payable, including supplier payments

* Accounts receivable

* Statutory lodgements

* Reconciliations

* Payroll

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in an Accounts Officer role

* Proven experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple stakeholders

* Responsible with a proactive attitude

* Attention to detail and eagerness to develop skills

* Willingness to learn
