We’re on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Payments Specialist to join our growing team - remotely. If you’re detail-obsessed, confident with systems, and bring a strong work ethic, this role is for you.

🧾 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Managing the full accounts receivable process - invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation

Following up with clients to ensure timely payments while maintaining great relationships

Debt collection and aged accounts recievable

Allocating incoming payments and updating Xero with 100% accuracy

Identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly and professionally

Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and reporting

Supporting finance with reporting and end-of-month closing tasks

✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role

Is proficient in Xero and confident navigating accounting and CRM systems

Is Strong with tech — quick to learn new software, tools, and digital workflows

Works well independently — self-motivated, proactive, and reliable

Has strong attention to detail and high accuracy under pressure

Bonus: Customer service or client-facing experience
