Full-Time or Part-Time (4 days)
$75,000 – $85,000 + Super (Depending on Experience & Skills)
We’re partnering with an accounting firm that’s looking for a reliable, confident Accounting Administrator to support their accountants and SMSF team with a wide range of admin and client service tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to accountants and SMSF team
Answer phones and manage client communication with professionalism
Prepare documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Liaise confidently with the ATO and external providers
Coordinate client queries and collate financial documents
Handle light debt collection duties and track outstanding payments
Maintain accurate records and support general practice operations
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
2 years’ experience in an accounting or public practice administration role
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable managing sensitive financial information
Bonus: Experience with Xero or FYI Docs
