Your day-to-day will include:

• Partner with the National Account Manager to deliver excellent service and outcomes for corporate clients
• Turn data into insights by preparing sales reports and compelling presentations
• Manage product information and customer portals, including barcode communications and online uploads
• Assist in coordinating key activities such as trade fairs and expos
• Review rebate data and contribute to the efficiency of account processes
• Provide general sales support to ensure smooth operations across the team

What you need to succeed:

• 2-3 years' experience in account management support, administration, or retail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - able to build rapport and juggle priorities
• High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Equally comfortable working independently and with a team
