About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Engineer to join our team at Bermad Australia Pty Ltd. This full-time role based in Malaga, WA 6090 will play a crucial part in driving sales and supporting our customers. As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to a wide range of clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support and solutions

Preparing detailed quotations and proposals for prospective clients

Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers

Identifying new sales opportunities and partnering with the external sales team to drive growth

Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities

Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related technical field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales engineering or technical sales role

Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions to customer challenges

Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships

Proficient in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
