Due to our expanding business across Australia, we are seeking a highly motivated internal salesperson to further grow our customer base and increase the sales of our monitoring solutions. Qualifications & experience

To be successful in this role, you should have previous sales experience with a preferred technical background.

Mining, Oil & Gas, and Chemical processing industry exposure is highly regarded

Highly motivated, energetic and goal-oriented

Relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Possession of a valid driver’s license

Tasks & responsibilities

Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, building connections, providing technical information and advice

Preparing and following up technical quotes

Follow sales process from opportunity to quote to fullfillment including communicating expected dates of delivery

Support external sales activities

Accept ownership for maintaining and expanding sales and accomplishing all assigned tasks

Follow up on sales leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, website, and other sources

Grow product and industry knowledge with self motivated learning and participation in technical training

Train and support end-users when required
