They are passionate about investing in their people and are seeking a new Field Sales Representative to join their WA branch to deliver service excellence to local customers.
About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, their Hope Valley branch require a new Sales Representative. As part of this supportive and collaborative team, you will manage and grow existing clients as well as develop opportunities for new business.
You will deliver exceptional customer service representing the business in the field liaising directly with customers to create tailored solutions.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with the internal sales support team to provide outstanding service to your portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to develop the accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, providing proposals and quotes as required.
- Provide creative solutions to support customer needs that align with the company’s offering.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals.
- Track your projects closely and ensure the CRM is up to date.
