Position: Internal Sales

Reports to: Internal Sales Team Leader
Location: 32 Irwin St, Bellevue WA 6056
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Quotes & Orders

Prepare accurate and on-time quotes.

Process sales orders with precision and speed.

Customer Communication & Support

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all times.

Escalate or resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.

Follow-Up & Sales Growth

Relentlessly follow up on all quotes to drive conversions.

Conduct a Daily Hour of Power: outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunities.

Administration & Systems

Ensure all data entry is accurate and efficient within the ERP system.

Maintain complete and clear customer records.

Teamwork & Development

Collaborate with BDMs, warehouse, purchasing, and support teams to deliver excellent service.

Participate in continuous training via the MEGAFIX Academy to build product knowledge and skills.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or account support (industrial, construction, or trade background preferred).

Strong accuracy in quoting, order processing, and data entry.

Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face.

Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Proven ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
