Smartshelf ESL' is a distributor of a global leading electrionic shelf labels(ESLs) manufactor. As we rapidly grow in Australia market, we are seeking for various roles, including full-time Office Admin and Accounts clerk based in our Macquarie Park, NSW office. What you'll be doing

Lead the end to end delivery and maintenance of SaaS and IoT systems acorss retail operations

Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

Assist with payroll processing and financial record-keeping

Handle office administration (emails, calls, scheduling, filing)

Support procurement and inventory tracking for ESL projects

Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Prepare reports and presentations for management

What we're looking for

Accounting, Business degree or equivalent qualification

2+ years of experience in accounts/office administration, prefer in retail sector

Proficiency in Xero

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Excellent communication and time management

Ability to work independently and in a team

Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST
