Administration Officer – Accounts Payable & Receivable
Blackrock Industries – Muswellbrook, NSW

Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking to grow your career in a dynamic business? Blackrock Industries is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our accounts and office operations.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Managing accounts payable and receivable functions

Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end reporting

Working closely with the business bookkeeper to ensure smooth financial operations

Overseeing and supporting other admin staff to maintain high standards of service

Maintaining accurate records and data entry

Providing general administrative support to the team

About You

To succeed, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping or accounts support

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Good organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently as well as lead and support a team

Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred but not essential)
