This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Alexandria HQ. You’ll work alongside an experienced Accounts Assistant and Finance Manager, handling reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll support. It’s a chance to step into a supportive, collaborative environment where your accuracy, organisation, and Xero skills will really shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage accounts receivable, payables, and reconciliations

Keep payroll accurate and on time

Support financial reporting and month-end processes

Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ accounts experience

Xero expertise (must-have)

Payroll experience preferred

Attention to detail + accuracy with numbers

Strong time management and communication skills

Proactive, team-oriented, can-do attitude
