Wellbeing Club Manager — The Glow Circuit (Part-Time, Floreat)

The Glow Circuit is more than a studio. We’re building a new approach to wellbeing, centered around personalised wellbeing pathways built through personal growth mentoring and supported by evidence based group movement and mindset practices which build strength and flexibility both inside and out.

Our expert mentors and instructors offer strength training, mat pilates, cardio , yoga breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and more. To grow our community, we’re seeking a hands-on part time Club Manager with the experience and drive to make a difference in a startup environment.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance smooth daily operations with membership growth. You’ll oversee the team, systems, and member experience while rolling up your sleeves to help with challenges, events, and campaigns. Ideally, you’ll also be able to step in to cover a strength or mat Pilates or mindset class if needed.

This is a part-time role (25–30 hrs/week) with the potential to grow into full-time as the business expands. There will be flexibility in days and times, with the key being availability to provide supervision to the team, flex around classes and events, and

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day operations, rosters, and staff coordination.

Set up systems including Momence and adjust schedules as required

Drive membership growth and retention, delivering on monthly targets.

Oversee initiatives including corporate wellbeing programs, and member events

Ensure a seamless, welcoming member experience.

Manage budgets, suppliers, and reporting.

Contribute to local marketing activations and events.

(Bonus) Deliver classes in strength or mat Pilates when required.

About You

You’re a confident operator with a track record of growing memberships in a fitness, wellbeing, or holistic health setting. You’re just as comfortable leading a team as you are jumping in to solve problems or deliver hands-on work. You thrive in a startup environment where things move quickly, and you want to help shape the growth of a business with vision.
