About the Role
We’re seeking highly organised, people-focused Front of House Managers to run the day-to-day operations of our East Fremantle sauna venue. You’ll bring structure and calm confidence to a busy environment, while also leading a team, supporting customers, and making sure the sauna runs smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail with a genuine love of people and community. If you thrive in hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing roles, and want to be part of an exciting and growing company like Alchemy Saunas, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of casual and part-time staff.
Oversee venue operations including cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
Manage rostering, staff training, and performance support.
Coordinate minor venue maintenance and supplier relationships.
Support head office with implementing systems and procedures.
Handle stock levels, ordering, and operational budgets.
Provide regular reporting and feedback to People & Operations teams.
About You
Experience in venue, hospitality, wellness, or retail management (or similar).
A natural people person who values conversation and community.
Confident juggling competing priorities and problem-solving on the go.
Excellent communicator with strong time management skills.
Comfortable with digital platforms for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions-focused.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Management experience in a gym, day spa or health club
A soft spot for saunas and cold dips
Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
