Part Time Duty Manager – Recreation & Aquatic Services

The Shire of Northam is seeking a proactive and energetic individual to join our team as a Casual Duty Manager.

As a key member of our Recreation & Aquatic Services team, you will play an essential role in the safe and effective day-to-day operations of our facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about community wellbeing, recreation, and leadership in a dynamic environment.

To provide technical operation to all plant and equipment including water treatment ensuring standards set by the WA Health (swimming pools) regulations, & Aquatic Facilities–Code of Practice.

Conduct facility opening and closing processes whilst providing guidance and leadership during out of business hours or in the absence of the Manager and/or Coordinator
