About the Role:

As Studio Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting our services, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both prospective and current members. You’ll work closely with the studio owner to develop sales strategies, lead the team, and help grow our studio community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership and revenue.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

Generate and follow up on leads through in-person, online, and event channels.

Conduct facility tours and showcase BFT offerings to prospective members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure retention.

Manage memberships, cancellations, and renewals efficiently.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaborate with the studio owner to plan promotions, events, and campaigns.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high member satisfaction.

Stay up to date with fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.
