Key Responsibilities:

Manage 180 portfolio. Portfolio comprises mostly of newer homes, 80% within 20min drive of the office. No trust accounting

Property officer supports all ongoings and routine inspections

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills

A team player with a positive and professional attitude

Holds a current Certificate of Registration (mandatory)

Has a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Must have experience as a property manager
