We are currently seeking a Resort Admin Assistant to support the Resort Manager by handling all administrative tasks promptly, accurately, and efficiently. In this role, you will also provide vital support to department heads, helping ensure the smooth and seamless running of resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to the Resort Manager

Assist members with title transfers, levy notices, and debtor communications

Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate internal communications

Manage resort social media channels, marketing activities, and the monthly newsletter

Maintain and update procedures across all departments to ensure accuracy and compliance

Support department heads to ensure the smooth running of resort operations

About You

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A welcoming, professional, and guest-focused attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Previous experience in administration or hospitality (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
