Front Office Receptionist – Seahaven Noosa Beachfront Resort

Seahaven Noosa Beachfront Resort is seeking a Front Office Team Member to join our dedicated Reception team.

Our resort is home to 42 stunning beach-facing apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom options. As part of our team, you’ll be the welcoming face of Seahaven, helping to create memorable stays for our guests.

About the Role

This is a casual role for 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to cover annual leave. Shifts will include both weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and responding to guest enquiries

Handling reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems

Checking guests in and out efficiently and with a smile

Assisting guests with queries about their room and resort facilities

Managing payments and basic cashiering

Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience

Working autonomously, including sole responsibility for the front office at times

Friendly, professional, and guest-focused

Able to work independently and confidently when required

Organised, reliable, and eager to learn

Confident with computers and comfortable learning new systems

Hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential – we welcome entry-level candidates with the right attitude
