Join the team at Q1 Resort and Spa as a Guest Service Agent.

This casual or part-time role is based in Surfers Paradise, QLD and will see you providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

You will be the friendly face of the resort, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

What you'll be doing;

1. Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival at the resort

2. Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally

3. Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests during their stay

4. Handling payment transactions and cash management

5. Providing concierge services such as booking activities, transportation, and dining reservations

6. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to recommend resort facilities and local attractions

7. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for;

1. Previous experience in a customer service or front office role, ideally within the hospitality industry

2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

3. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities to handle a range of guest requests efficiently

4. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

5. Knowledge of the local area and tourism attractions in the Surfers Paradise region

6. Proficiency in using hotel management software and point-of-sale systems
