This casual/part-time role is based at Gemini Resort, Golden Beach, Caloundra. Work hours are Monday – Friday 10am to 3.30pm.

$30 - $35 per hour

Your Job:

Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival at the resort

Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally

Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests during their stay

Handling payment transactions and cash management

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to recommend resort facilities and local attractions

What you need:

Previous experience in a customer service or front office role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities to handle a range of guest requests efficiently

Knowledge of the local area and tourism attractions in the Sunshine Coast region

Proficiency in using hotel management software and point-of-sale systems. Experience with REI Cloud would be great.
