Great opportunity for a experienced manager/receptionist to assist running our 14 room Motel in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast, QLD, min.3 days a week at beginning then full time. Must be available on weekend and public holidays. The Motel is family owned and operated. It is rated as one of the best in his category and in the area, with many returning guests. The property has a modern, beach style ambience. No onsite restaurant . Very easy to run. Do not need to live onsite.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to;

-Reception Duties and customer experience management

-Responding to inquiries, requests and reviews

-Performing general maintenance of grounds/rooms as required

-Assisting housekeeping if required

-Ordering linen and amenities

-Report to owners/manager

Requirements

-min 2y Experience in Hotel/Motel management/Reception

-High level industry knowledge

-Excellent customer service and communication skills

-Self-motivated with strong organisational skills

-Strong problem solving skills

-Reliable, motivated and attention to detail

-Physically Fit

-High level communication skills in English

-work and holidays visa holders are welcome to apply
