What you’ll be doing

Answering phone calls and emails, providing friendly customer service

Scheduling and coordinating jobs for technicians

Preparing quotes, invoices, and basic reports

Assisting with ordering materials and stock management

Filing, data entry, and general office duties

Supporting management with day-to-day admin tasks

What we’re looking for

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills (phone and email

Confident using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)

Experience with ServiceM8 and Xero (preferred but not essential – training provided)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
