About the Position

As a HSE Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic WHS guidance, partnering with leaders to embed a strong safety culture. Working closely with site teams and senior stakeholders, you will:

• Support the development and implementation of national HSE strategies and action plans;
• Coach and influence leaders to drive cultural change and strengthen safety capability;
• Provide expert advice, reports, and training to enhance risk management and compliance;
• Lead initiatives to identify trends, mitigate risks, and ensure continuous safety improvements; and
• Collaborate with operational teams to embed safe systems of work and achieve Zero Harm.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ health and safety experience within construction, resources, or energy sectors;
• Strong background implementing safety management systems and risk management programs;
• Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders during organisational change;
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills;
• A proactive mindset with the ability to lead cultural change and foster continuous improvement; and
• Own car + drivers license as you will be travelling to multiple sites.
