They are now on the lookout for an experienced Senior Accountant with an entrepreneurial mind-set and the ambition to grow alongside the practice. This role is tailor-made for someone eager to mentor junior staff, take ownership of their work, and make their mark in a firm that’s only going up.

Some of your key responsibilities as Senior Accountant will include:

Take ownership of an exciting and diverse client portfolio

Oversee, delegate, and review annual compliance including financial statements, tax reconciliations, and income tax returns across a range of entities

Manage and review BAS, IAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Work directly with clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored, high-quality service

Mentor, guide, and provide feedback to junior team members, helping them grow and succeed

To be considered for the exceptional opportunity, you will:

Be CA / CPA Qualified

Have minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a reputable firm

Hold strong technical knowledge across tax and accounting standards

Passionate about mentoring and working collaboratively with junior staff

Have excellent communication skills
