This large and established media company is well regarded in its industry and offers a dynamic and collaborative culture, providing excellent opportunities for career development and progression. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Finance Business Partners to join the high-performing commercial finance team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, these roles encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple divisions

Review and control P&Ls, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives

Provide commercial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders across Content, Marketing and Regional teams

Drive process improvements, with an initial focus on streamlining and moving transactional work offshore

Assist with financial planning, business case analysis, and strategic initiatives

Review and track key commercial and supply KPIs, ensuring compliance and control

Contribute to performance reviews and provide recommendations to improve profitability

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years’ post-qualified experience, ideally gained in a large, complex business. You will be ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner across functions. Excellent communication, a proactive approach, and a passion for driving continuous improvement are essential.
