We’re looking for a recently qualified CA or CPA who wants to apply their accounting foundation in a dynamic, growing business environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to move beyond pure accounting and into a role where you’ll combine technical skills with real commercial impact.

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll work directly with senior leaders and business owners, giving you immediate exposure to decision-making and strategy. You’ll still be hands-on with core accounting tasks, but the real excitement lies in the chance to shape performance, provide insights, and grow into a trusted commercial advisor.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting financial operations including month-end, tax, payroll, and cash flow;
• Building financial models and delivering analysis that helps the business grow;
• Partnering with leaders to turn numbers into strategy and influence decisions; and
• Working with and mentoring an offshore bookkeeping team to ensure smooth delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Newly qualified CA/CPA (or close to completion);
• Strong technical grounding in accounting and tax, with a desire to broaden into commercial finance;
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with non-finance stakeholders; and
• Curious, ambitious, and eager to make an impact in a growing organisation.
