Since launching in 2023, we’ve grown quickly with a range of juices, shots and milk loved by customers across Australia. We’re a small but ambitious team, passionate about helping people on their healthy eating journey without giving up taste.

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a part-time role as the business continues to expand. It’s perfect for someone who has experience with retail businesses and wants to be part of a growing brand.

You’ll be working directly with the founder, helping manage day-to-day financials, accounts, and admin tasks that support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

Weekly reconciliation of accounts and accurate transaction recording

Bookkeeping in Xero (essential)

Manage integration between Unleashed and Xero (or similar tools)

Track sales, expenses, inventory costs, merchant fees, and advertising spend

Prepare monthly P&L reports and cash flow insights

Assist with BAS, GST, and compliance requirements

Office Administration

Manage emails and basic customer correspondence

File and organise invoices, receipts, and contracts

Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and warehouse contacts

Schedule meetings and maintain business records

Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and general admin tasks

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

An experienced bookkeeper, ideally with export exposure

Confident with Xero and Unleashed

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Comfortable managing both financial and admin tasks

A proactive problem solver who can streamline processes and spot opportunities

Nice to Have

Experience with international transactions and freight invoices

Experience with IGA and Woolworths platforms

Previous experience in a small business or start-up environment
