Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a passion for organisation and customer service? Muree Golf Club is seeking a permanent part-time Bookkeeper, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. About the Role

As our bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of our club, handling essential financial and administrative tasks, including:

Accounts payable & receivable

Payroll processing

Profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and asset register maintenance

Club membership duties (not essential but beneficial)

Email correspondence and document preparation (Excel, Word)

Providing excellent telephone and customer service for member enquiries

What You’ll Bring

· 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience

· Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred)

· Strong skills in MS Office (Excel & Word)

· RSA and RCG essential

· Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail
