About the Organisation

Our client is an established and long-standing financial planning practice in Kingsgrove, with over 40 years of industry expertise. They provide clients with a comprehensive, tailored approach to managing wealth — combining long-term strategies with personalised goals, and regularly reviewing portfolios to ensure objectives are met over time.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive practice, working directly with the principal and gaining exposure to over four decades of financial planning expertise.

About the Role

Location: Kingsgrove – 100% Onsite

Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week across 3–4 days (flexible: 9:30am–2:30pm or 9am–3pm)

Employment Status: Permanent, Part-Time

Start: ASAP (flexible with notice period if required)

As the Office Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth client service.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner

Greeting clients at reception

Scanning, collating, and filing documents

Inputting client details into systems and updating records

Liaising with insurance and fund manager staff to follow up on outstanding requirements

Performing general office administration, including making and confirming appointments

Essential Criteria

Previous office administration experience (experience in financial services a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong communication skills, with a polite and professional phone manner

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks efficiently

Ability to work independently and apply practical problem-solving skills

Experience with systems such as AdviserLogic or Xplan (advantageous but not required)
