The Role

Pure Property Management is looking for an energetic experienced Commercial Property Manager with a great attitude to join our Brisbane team.

We're seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in commercial property management. If you're passionate about the industry and have a strategic vision for growth, we want to hear from you.

As a business we pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding client expectations and are looking for new team members who strive for the same.

Your duties, but not limited to the following:

Supporting the Licensee

Liaising with Tenants

Coordinating maintenance

Payment of Accounts

Completing inspections and reports

Other duties as required

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

Property Experience preferred (but commercial property management experience is not essential).

NSW certificate of registration or Class 2 licence

Full Drivers Licence

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience in Re-leased Trust account systems would be an advantage

Ability to work autonomously and within a team
