Commercial Property Manager

Highrise Talent is proud to partner with our client that is an established, market-leading Commercial Real Estate firm located in Brisbane CBD.

With an extensive portfolio of assets under management, they are seeking an experienced, driven Commercial Property Manager to join their vibrant team located at their state-of-the-art, modern office. Reporting to the head of department, you will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of 126 tenancies - primarily retail and office with some industrial.

The Role:

Manage a portfolio of 126 commercial properties, mix of retail, office and industrial

Deliver a high quality of service to owners and tenants

Attend internal & external business commitments

Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders

Take full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies

See that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure owner’s objectives and investment strategies.

Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

About you:

Minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Property Management

Capacity to negotiate and deal with conflict

Drivers license

Experience with Cirrus 8 software ideally (not essential)

Enthusiastic and ability to work autonomously - be a self-starter

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and time-management
