Blue Croc Manufacturing is a fast-growing leader in premium pool fencing, balustrades, and custom aluminium solutions. We’re on the hunt for a motivated and people-driven Lead Generator to join our team and help us grow our builder network across Victoria.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a relationship-first role that thrives on initiative. You’ll spend your days out in the field, spotting opportunities, building trust, and connecting with the people who shape the building industry.

Visit job sites and connect with builders, site supervisors, and tradespeople to uncover new opportunities.

Follow up with potential clients and stay engaged with projects in the pipeline.

Keep things moving by logging site visits, updating CRM tools, and passing on key project info to the sales team.

Promote additional services like Croc Bags (our site rubbish removal solution) to both new and existing contacts.

Drop off merch and check in with our regular clients to keep relationships strong.

Experience in construction, trades, or B2B service sales is a bonus — but not essential
