About the role

We're on the hunt for a Growth & Engagement Lead who thrives on building authentic relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving meaningful growth.

In this role, you'll be the connector between Bounce and the organisations that need our programs, helping leaders, teams, and communities unlock their potential.

$80K base + super + uncapped commission (OTE $120K+)

What you'll do

Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers across sectors

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with confidence and integrity

Share Bounce's story and suite of programs in a way that inspires action

Drive growth into new and existing markets with the support of a passionate, values-driven team

Own your pipeline and celebrate the wins along the way

What we're looking for

2+ years' experience in Employment Services (business development, employer engagement, reverse marketing)

A natural connector who builds trust quickly

A strategic thinker who enjoys both the chase and the relationship

A confident communicator with a track record of achieving targets

Hungry for growth - both for yourself and the people we serve

Australian work rights and ability to pass background checks

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for client meetings
