We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in reception or administrative roles (ideally within construction) and demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Ideally have experience using MYOB
- Monitor and manage the office voicemail/message bank
- Perform general office administration duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain stationery supplies and manage photocopier servicing and toner replacement
- Run general office errands such as banking and post office runs
- Coordinate top-up orders for Site Supervisors and place admin supply orders through the estimating team
- Provide administrative support to Supervisors
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required to support the broader operations team
- Follow up subcontractor quotes
- Ensure invoices are paid on time

- Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving workplace
