With shifts in the market, this Agency is experiencing a surge of investor properties hitting the market. This role offers the unique advantage of leveraging a vast rental portfolio of over 5,000 landlords and investors, providing unparalleled opportunities to achieve results.

Specialising in inner-city suburbs, you’ll join a high-performing, forward-thinking team renowned for its innovative strategies in engaging with Vendors and Buyers.

Retainer: $65,000 (neg) + lucrative commissions
Salary OR retainer OR commission only options available for discussion.

The Role:

• Listing & Selling Houses!
• Vendor reports.
• Communicating and providing instructions to VA’s, reception and customer care team.
• Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries.
• Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins.
• Buyer management.
• All open for inspections & private viewings.
• Organising campaigns for listing launches.
• Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlement.
• Assist in the signing of REIV documentation.
• Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.).
• Attend all required property auctions.

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years of Real Estate sales experience
• A desire to develop your career through great training and support
• The ability to list properties
• Effective negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be passionate about real estate sales and property
• Current Agents Rep certificate and police check
• Current Driver's License and own car
