The Accounts Payable Team Lead plays a pivotal role in managing the efficiency and integrity of the AP function. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports team development, and contributes to broader finance goals through collaboration, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Lead and mentor, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, supplier terms, and regulatory standards.
• Support month-end close and reporting activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to resolve queries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Proven leadership/mentoring experience.
• Strong ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional communication style and ability to build strong relationships.
