Right now, they’re doubling down on Family Law – and they’re looking for a capable Lawyer who wants more than just a comfortable chair.

Here’s what’s on the table:

🔧 The Gear You Need:

Excellent systems, admin support, and a proven referral engine built across Wills & Estates, Employment, Corporate, and Litigation.

Hybrid work setup – three days in the office (Monday, Wednesday + one other), the rest is flexible.

Part-time options available too (minimum 4 days preferred, but they'll consider 3.5 if you're the right fit).

You’ll work with two Principals – one a litigator, the other collaborative-focused. Smart, sharp, and respected.

Balanced mix of property/asset and parenting matters. No pigeonholing.

You’re stepping into a practice with space to grow and a leadership team backing you all the way.

Clear promotion pathway.

💪 What You Bring:

5+ years’ PAE in Family Law

You’ve got your own voice in the market – a small referral network will be a big plus

You know how to build trust with clients, manage complexity, and drive matters forward with commercial savvy and heart

💰 The Package:

$120K–$150 incl. super

A bonus structure that actually rewards your input – up to 15% of your total package.

Billables target: a sensible six hours a day
